By downloading or using Shifter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Shifter is a personal tool for storing and tracking your earnings and shifts. All data is managed locally on your device and sent to Apple's servers for iCloud Sync.
Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The developer makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of any calculations or the reliability of data storage. You are responsible for verifying your own earnings records.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or inaccurate earnings records.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of the App are the property of Matija Lukanc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
